Suzanne Pease has owned and operated Ampersand Graphics since 1985. This full service graphic design firm creates corporate images, brochures, architectural renderings, advertising and book layouts.

Suzanne served as the national President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, (NAWBO) from 2003-04. She is an active member of the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Marketing/Program Chair, Central Jersey Chapter of NAWBO, NJAWBO, JSPRAA, NJ Communications, Advertising and Marketing Association, and Monmouth Heritage Rail Trails. She served as an elected delegate to the 1995 White House Conference on Small Business. Awards include the Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce Circle of Excellence Small Business Award, the 1996 SBA New Jersey Women in Business Advocate of the Year, 1995 Athena Award, and an ASTRA First Place for a corporate identity package design. Her work is featured in The Guerrilla Marketing Handbook.

Ms. Pease holds a B.S. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a Masters from Washington State University.
