Suzanne started her company in 1985, doing freelance illustration. Soon she discovered a market niche specializing in architectural renderings for planning boards, development brochures, and advertising. She expanded her business within the building industry-designing the brochures and sales offices for new subdivisions. When the real estate market slowed in 1990, Ampersand Graphics expanded their client base to other areas of corporate identity management and brochure development.
